Where is data hosted?
Production data is hosted in the United Kingdom, and AI processing is pinned to a UK region by technical enforcement. A few supporting services — offsite backup, transactional email, payments and our CDN — process limited data outside the UK under an appropriate transfer safeguard. Every one is named in our sub-processor register.

We act as a Data Processor for institutional clients, and our obligations are set out contractually in our DPA rather than self-certified.

Yes. We support LTI 1.3 and OIDC for single sign-on integration.
Do you have Cyber Essentials?
Yes, we hold Cyber Essentials. We are built to align with ISO/IEC 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus but are not certified to either, and we do not hold a SOC 2 report.
