Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as an "active learner"?
An active learner is someone who accesses your published content during the current month. The same person accessing multiple courses counts as one learner. Completed learners who no longer access content don't count against your limit.
What export formats are available?
Depending on your plan, you can export to HTML (web), SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI. All exports are compatible with industry-standard LMS platforms including Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, and more.
What happens to my content if I downgrade?
Your content is never deleted. If you exceed your new plan's limits, you'll need to archive some projects before creating new ones. Existing published content continues to work for learners.
